Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the doctors or any of the staff working in this Practice, please let us know.

You can either use our 'contact us' form (available under the Contact Details tab) and click 'Problem report from a website user' or you can write to the Complaints Manager at The Three Spires Medical Practice, Truro Health Park, Infirmary Hill, Truro TR1 2JA.

We aim to acknowledge your concerns within three working days; this may be in writing, by email or telephone.  We will fully investigate all concerns and will write, email or telephone you with an outcome as soon as we can.  Occasionally if we have to make a lot of enquiries it might take a little while but the Complaints Manager will keep you informed and advise you of the anticipated timescale.
